Instructions and documents
This contains everything you need to know about working in ATQAR. Instructions are step-by-step – read them all or just the relevant ones.
ATQAR is hotel operations software: checkout cleaning gets a person and an hour, the work is reviewed by somebody else, and room readiness is never toggled by hand. Below are step-by-step guides to each part of it.
To all staff
- Your first sign-in and what you can see How to sign in to ATQAR for the first time, what your role means, and why you see something different from a colleague.
- The ‘Now’ screen: where to start your shift How to quickly see where your action is needed, read the summary, and open the right task or room.
- Daily work How to complete work assigned personally to you, optionally add a photo, and mark it done.
- Personal shifts and work calendar How to read your own week of shifts with the exact time of each job, and your assigned work in the personal calendar.
- The six states of a hotel room, and why readiness is never toggled by hand What each room state means, why readiness cannot be changed manually, and what to do with a blocked room.
- Attention and external alerts Where to find current work and how Telegram and Web Push draw attention to significant changes.
- Telegram How to connect Telegram, receive alerts, and perform available actions through the bot.
- Profile Everything about your account in one place: name and role, work phone number, language, device response, password, passwordless login, and phone alerts.
- Installing on your phone and working without a connection How to install ATQAR on your phone like a regular app and what happens when the connection drops.
- Activity log How to find a recent change you made, open the linked record, and understand how the activity log differs from task history and the security log.
Administrator
- Hotel guest directory: repeat visits, stay history and the blocklist How to find returning guests, maintain names and telephone numbers, read stay history, and use the blocklist.
- Stays and check-ins: tracking room occupancy without a spreadsheet How to link a stay to a guest, record check-in, correct dates, configure cleaning, and close a stay after checkout.
- Occupancy calendar How to read room occupancy, distinguish a booking from an actual stay, and use views and filters.
- Checkout cleaning: who cleans the room, and at what time How an administrator sees expected checkouts, confirms an actual checkout, and what happens to the resulting cleaning and its exact hour.
- The weekly duty roster: how to build it, and where a cleaning gets its hour How to plan a week of duties, why saving is the schedule itself, and where a cleaning gets its hour from.
- Room review after cleaning: who checks it, and what a return does How an administrator accepts a work result, when to return it, and why the reviewer must not be the person who carried it out.
- Preparation cycles and correcting mistakes What a room preparation cycle is, where to see the day's checkouts, and how to correct a checkout confirmed by mistake.
