Profile contains your personal settings. Open it by selecting your name in the top-right corner. On a phone, use the circle with your initials in the same place.
The profile is divided into four tabs: About me, Login and password, Notifications, and Telegram. Only one section is open at a time, so all the settings do not appear at once. Links from this guide open the relevant tab automatically.

About me
This section shows:
- Name — the name your colleagues see in tasks;
- Work phone number — the number colleagues reach you on;
- Role — what you can do;
- Access to properties — every property in the organisation;
- Language of the interface — the current interface language.
Overview pages immediately show every authorised property. This does not grant access to other people’s tasks or data: your role and relationship to the work still apply. Only the owner can change your role and access. Tell them if either is incorrect.
Your name is yours to change: press Change on the name row, correct the spelling, and save. Nothing here keeps a copy of the old spelling, so the new name also appears beside work already done — in task history, comments and notifications.
The work phone number is yours to change: press Change on that row, enter the new number, and save. Every colleague can see it — it appears in the hint beside your name, so that whoever is standing in the corridor can call you. An empty field means no number is recorded; clearing it works the same way as changing it.
Interface language
The language selector is in the top bar and changes the language throughout the system. Your choice is saved to your account, so it also applies on another device. The current language appears on the profile card.
The documents you are reading are also available in every language the system offers. A language selector appears at the top of every page.
Device response
In Device response, your phone learns to respond with more than an on-screen image. This helps when you cannot look at the screen: you are standing in a room with the phone in your hand while your eyes are on the work.
- Vibration feedback is enabled initially. The phone vibrates briefly when you select the primary button, and again when the work is accepted. If it cannot save, the vibration is different: two short pulses instead of one.
- New work alert is disabled. It may announce new work, an important update, or a duty change only while ATQAR is open on screen, and not every update produces a sound. Other sounds confirm a successful action or tell you that it was not completed. Remember that guests can also hear it in the corridor outside a room.
Enabling vibration immediately demonstrates that feedback. Enabling sound plays a sample sound.
The setting applies only to the device where you change it. Configure a phone and computer separately; your choice is not shared with colleagues.
Some devices, particularly iPhones and iPads, do not allow an app to request a vibration. In that case the switch is unavailable and a message explains why. On-screen feedback continues to work normally.
Password
Use Password to change your password. You will need the current one.
Change your password if:
- you told it to somebody, even accidentally;
- you signed in on somebody else’s device and are unsure whether you signed out;
- you want to replace the password provided by the owner.
Choose a password that you do not use anywhere else.
Passwordless Login
Passwordless Login lets you sign in with your fingerprint, face, or phone passcode — the same method you use to unlock the phone itself. Your password remains available as a backup method.
- Select “Add Passwordless Login”.
- Enter your current password.
Choose a device name, such as “my phone”. This helps you distinguish one device from another later.
- Confirm with your fingerprint, face, or passcode.
The list shows when the device was added and when it was last used to sign in. “Not yet used” means sign-in has been added but has never been used.
Remove devices you no longer use. A lost or transferred phone should not remain a way to sign in. Select “Remove” next to the device, enter your current password, and confirm. The password is requested only after you choose which device to remove.
Set this up separately on each device. If the browser does not support this sign-in method, a message will tell you; use your password instead.
Phone notifications
Current work always remains on “Now”, in tasks, in the calendar, and on current cards regardless of phone settings. ATQAR has no separate notification list. System Web Push notifications are connected under Phone Notifications separately for each phone, computer, and browser.
If “Receive reminders on this device” appears, select “Enable notifications” and confirm the system prompt.
If the browser has already created a subscription but ATQAR asks for confirmation, select “Connect this device”.
To remove only the current browser, select “Disable on this device”. Other devices are not affected.
Permission is requested only after your explicit selection. A new device does not receive old messages; after connection, only new system notifications may arrive.
The section can display several states:
- “Push is switched off for all users”: the channel is switched off for the whole ATQAR installation and cannot be enabled from Profile; this is not an account error;
- “System notifications are unavailable”: the browser does not support Web Push;
- “System notifications blocked in settings”: change the permission in the browser or device settings, because ATQAR cannot display the system prompt again;
- “Install ATQAR first” on an iPhone or iPad: add ATQAR to the Home Screen, open it from the new icon, and try connecting again.
Current ATQAR sections continue to work in every one of these states. A system banner may show the exact current task title, including user-authored text, work type, property name, room number, operational date and due time. Descriptions, comments, blocker reasons, guest and employee data, as well as media, are not sent. A notification about a current assignment opens the task. If the assignment is removed, the former assignee receives only a generic notice that opens “Now”. There is no old feed or read receipt. Step-by-step installation and status checks are available in Help.
Telegram is connected separately and is not used for sign-in. Detailed steps are available in the Telegram guide.
What to do if you are concerned
If you think somebody else has used your access:
- Change your password here.
- Remove any passwordless login devices you do not recognise.
Tell the owner who manages employee accounts.
Do not create a second account to replace the old one: your work history is linked to your current account.
Next: Installing on your phone and working without a connection.
