ATQAR Help

Short instructions for everyday work on a phone or computer. This page contains no employee or task data.

ATQAR is hotel operations software: checkout cleaning gets a person and an hour, the work is reviewed by somebody else, and room readiness is never toggled by hand. Below are step-by-step guides to each part of it. See how it works

Work instructions

How to mark a task done, optionally add a photo, and review the result — step by step, using examples of real cards.

Open instructions

Start on Home

ATQAR has no separate notification list. Home and Tasks show the current work available to you, and each card explains its current state and the next permitted action.

  1. Sign in with the username and password provided by the Owner.

  2. Choose a property, then open your assigned task or work list.

  3. A free-form reply in a messenger does not change a task's state. Only supported commands that you explicitly start in the bot, or actions in ATQAR, can change it.

If you cannot see the property or task you need, do not create another account. Ask the Owner to check your role and access.

Install on your device

Installation is not required to use ATQAR in a browser, but it provides a separate icon and is required for notifications on iPhone and iPad.

iPhone and iPad

  1. Open ATQAR in your browser and tap Share.
  2. Choose Add to Home Screen. If a switch appears, leave Open as Web App enabled.
  3. Open ATQAR from the new icon. Only then should you enable notifications.

Android

  1. Open the browser menu.
  2. Choose Install app or Add to Home screen.
  3. Confirm the installation and open ATQAR from the new icon.

Computer

In Chrome or Edge, use the installation icon in the address bar or choose Install ATQAR from the browser menu.

If no installation option is available, ATQAR will continue to work in a normal browser tab. Update your browser or ask an Administrator for help with the device.

Enable phone notifications

Permission is requested only after you select the button. The subscription belongs to the current employee, browser and device.

Checking this device's capabilities…

  • A notification about a current assignment opens the task. If the assignment is removed, the former assignee receives only a generic notice that opens Home. Opening either does not change tasks, stays or duty schedules.
  • The network, Focus mode and battery-saving settings may delay an alert. The current work state in ATQAR remains the source of truth.
  • The lock screen may show the exact current task title (including user-authored text), work type, property name, room number, operational date and due time. Descriptions, comments, blocker reasons, guest and employee data, and media are not sent.

Working offline

ATQAR does not send changes later without your knowledge. This protects tasks from hidden conflicts and duplicate actions.

What remains available

  • A page that is already open may remain on screen as a reference copy.
  • Public Help remains available after you have opened it once.
  • ATQAR clearly indicates that the data may be out of date.

What is disabled

  • Marking work done, blocking, handing over, accepting or returning work.
  • Assigning work or adding comments.
  • Reloading a protected page if it is not already in browser memory.

When the connection returns, refresh the page and check the task's state again before taking action.

Contact support

When the support form is enabled, you can use it without signing in to ATQAR. Device information is sent only with your explicit consent.
