Terms of use

The terms under which an organisation's employees use ATQAR and who is responsible for what.

Published
Updated

Effective date: 3 August 2026.

These Terms govern the use of the ATQAR service (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to them.

1. Who you are here

The Service is intended for employees of an organisation such as a hotel, apartment operator, or other accommodation provider.

Access is granted by your organisation, not the Administration. Its owner creates your account and assigns your role; every active employee automatically belongs to every property in the organisation. Self-registration is not available. If you no longer need access or leave the organisation, the organisation owner closes it.

2. Account

An account belongs to a named individual. Do not share your password or sign in as somebody else: the action history is attributed to your account, and anything recorded under it is considered to have been done by you.

Your organisation provides the initial password. It can be used to sign in immediately; changing it at first sign-in is not mandatory. You can change it yourself in your profile. Use a password that you do not use anywhere else.

A command sent through the personal Telegram bot chat linked to your account is also considered your action and is recorded in the history under your name. If you lose access to that chat or phone, disconnect it in your profile or notify the owner immediately.

If you suspect that somebody else has used your access, immediately tell the owner or an administrator of your organisation. Do not create a second account to replace the old one, as this breaks the connection to your work history.

3. How to use the Service

Use the Service for its intended purpose: recording and carrying out work.

You must not:

  • knowingly enter false information about completed work;
  • attempt to access another organisation, somebody else’s work, guest data, or accounts that your role and relationship to the task do not permit;
  • interfere with the Service, bypass access restrictions, or investigate it for vulnerabilities without written permission;
  • export Service data for use outside your organisation;
  • put information in comments or attached files that is not needed for the work, including guest documents, payment details, or other people’s passwords.

4. Who owns the data

Information entered into the Service during work belongs to your organisation. It decides who can see it, how long it is retained, and what happens to it when use of the Service ends.

Rights to the Service itself — its software, interface, visual design, and documentation — belong to the Administration. These Terms grant you no rights to them other than the right to use the Service as described here.

5. Actions cannot be undone without a trace

The Service is designed to retain the action history. A mistake is corrected by a new visible action — cancellation, return for rework, or reclassification — with a reason.

This is a feature, not a defect: it must remain possible to reconstruct what actually happened, rather than only the final outcome.

6. Availability

The Administration aims to keep the Service continuously available but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance, connection failures, and circumstances outside the Administration’s control may occur.

The Service is not an emergency alert system for life or health and does not replace emergency services. In the event of an accident, smoke, a leak, or a safety threat, follow your organisation’s procedures rather than creating a task in the Service.

7. Responsibility

The Administration is responsible for operating the Service. Your organisation is responsible for organising work, the content of entered information, its employees, and the rights granted to them.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Administration is not liable for decisions made using Service data or for losses caused by false information entered by users.

8. Ending access

Your organisation may close your access at any time. The Administration may suspend access if it is used in a way prohibited by section 3 or if required by law.

Ending access does not delete your action history. It remains with the organisation as part of its operational records.

9. Changes

The Administration may change these Terms. The current version and its effective date are published on this page. By continuing to use the Service after a change, you agree to the new version.

The processing of personal data is described separately in the Privacy notice.
