Attention and external alerts
Where to find current work and how Telegram and Web Push draw attention to significant changes.

ATQAR has no separate notification feed, unread counter, or “read” state. Current work is always found where it is managed:
- an employee checks “Now”, “Today”, “Upcoming”, and the task card;
- an owner or administrator checks “Now”, task queues, attention for stays, the Calendar, cleaning, and current cards;
- a housekeeper sees the current duty schedule next to their work.
The deadline, overdue state, blockers, rework, and pending review remain on the record itself until its state changes. Opening a page confirms nothing. If work is reassigned or access is lost, there is no separate history of the disappeared assignment.
Telegram and Web Push
Telegram and Web Push are optional external alerts only for significant changes to current work. They are not a mirror, a history, or a read receipt. Before sending, the system rechecks your role and current relationship to the work; an outdated or inaccessible alert is suppressed.
After a separate data-transfer warning, the exact current task title, up to 160
characters, is sent to Telegram; it may contain user-authored text, and Telegram
may retain its own copy. Descriptions, comments, blocker reasons, guest details,
media, and roster details are not sent. The /work, /tasks, and role-dependent
/attention commands read the current state, not a list of messages.
A Web Push notification about a current assignment may show the exact current task title, including user-authored text, work type, property name, room number, operational date and due time; selecting it opens the current task. If the assignment is removed, the former assignee receives only a generic notice that opens “Now”. Descriptions, comments, blocker reasons, guest and employee data, and media are not sent. Displaying or selecting a Push alert, or a Push failure, does not change a task or confirm an action.
When an alert is not sent
A roster save that changes nothing for a particular person, a checkout deadline, acceptance of work, a comment, a media step, or a change only to the preferred window or estimate does not create a Telegram or Web Push alert. A real-time update simply reloads the current card or queue without a pop-up notification.
A Telegram or Push failure is visible to operators in technical diagnostics, but does not create separate work for an administrator. Check the current state in ATQAR: it remains authoritative regardless of the external channel’s state.
