Room readiness and its six states
What a room's readiness means, what it is derived from, and the order in which one of six states is chosen.

Room readiness answers one question: can the next guest be let in.
It is derived from accepted work rather than set by a person. There is no ‘Ready’ switch on any role, the owner included.
There are six states, and a room shows the first one that matches, in this order: blocked, check-out not confirmed, awaiting cleaning, being cleaned, awaiting inspection, ready.
The order is the definition. A blocked room stays blocked even once its cleaning has been accepted: unresolved work with a reason on it comes before everything else. And a room whose cleaning has not been accepted is not ready however well it was cleaned — because ‘cleaned’ and ‘ready’ are deliberately different things here.
A block is cleared by a decision with a reason, not by deleting the task.
